NOTE: This communicator requires 18-22ga wire (not supplied) to connect to your alarm control panel. We recommend a 6′ piece of 4 conductor 22ga nonshielded wire available at a home supply center such as Lowes/Home Depot where it is sold by the foot. Also you MUST know your panel’s Installer Code to setup this communicator for use.
If you are connecting an ADT SafeWatch Pro 3000 this connects up EXACTLY as a Honeywell Vista series panel such as the Vista-20P in the video below.

We have poor AT&T cellular service so finding a Verizon communicator to work with my older Honeywell Vista panel was great. The panel is too old to work with Honeywell’s remote control app but the Alula app can arm and disarm the alarm no problem. Installation was quick (maybe 15 minutes) and then another 20 minutes or so testing everything with the tech making sure everything worked. The fact they wanted to test EVERY smoke detector sold me on these people!
