2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Receive return authorization (RA) with the warehouse return address (may take 24-72 hours).
3. SHIP IT BACK
Use the warehouse address with the processed RA. IMPORTANT – ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESS ON RA!
4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). Once a panel or sensor has been programmed the manufacturers will not allow a return unless the item is defective and a replacement will be made if their warranty still applies. SafeHomeCentral does not sell used or refurbished security equipment to our customers so please understand this return limitation.
- The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include transformers and batteries.
CAN I SHIP THE PRODUCT RETURN BACK TO YOUR MAIN OFFICE?
Returned products MUST be returned to our warehouse, not sales office because package will be refused and returned to sender. Please use the warehouse return address along with RMA number to ensure return is shipped to correct address and replacement/refund can be quickly processed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a wrong item was received in which case we will supply a prepaid return shipping label.
