The PRODCM Dialer Capture Module from Honeywell/Resideo is a modular add-on for the LTEM-PA and LTEM-PV Advanced Modular Communicator. The Dialer Capture Module is used with control panels that sends Contact ID alarm signals via the control panel’s dialer.
PRODCM is used for control panels that do not support Resideo ECP data communication, sending ContactID alarm signals via the control panel’s TELCO dialer. Non-ContactID panel formats are not compatible with the PRODCM.
