Two-Way Voice is a must have when considering PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) for you or your loved ones.  Our central station has been monitoring 2-way voice systems for over 20 years and PERS since their introduction into the market. We understand this is an area that requires special care and attention. That’s why our 2-way operators receive rigorous training to handle medical alert and other 2-way voice alarms.

NOTE:  We do NOT currently provide alarm monitoring services within Virginia or Florida.

    We do not require automatic renewals or long-term monitoring commitments. Cancel anytime after your prepaid discount period (ie, monthly, semi-annual, annual) has expired. We offer prepaid monitoring plans for pricing discount only. You may cancel anytime without penalty. We cannot refund unused prepaid time however.

  • Select PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) two-way voice for specialized medical alert personel and dispatch. When your panic button is activated, two-way hands-free communication with the monitoring center begins. You and our professional dispatcher will communicate through a speaker and microphone built in to your PERS base or pendant. There's no need to find a phone. The monitoring dispatcher can hear exactly what is taking place, determine your emergency and send the appropriate help.

  • This is your total price for a single month of medical alert PERS monitoring with selected options. You will have the option at checkout for auto payment renewal. Remember we do not require auto-renewals and only offer it as a convenience for customers.

    Great pre-sales support. Answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire setup as well as “teaching” my father how to use his cellular medical alert. Very good pricing for monthly medical alert monitoring. Did not have to prepay for a year as others attempted to try.
