Easy switch over from my local security dealer which charged 3x the cost for TC2. Service works well over my Comcast VOIP line. Tested all of my zones and signals ended up at the monitoring center without fail. A few companies would not take me using my cable hookup but Safehomecentral said some cablle providers are good and sme bad. The only way to know for sure was to test though they have lots of Comcast Internet customers that the landline option worked well. More than happy to give a referral!

Good price and very easy process getting moved, assuming you have your cellular communicator’s MAC address handy. Tech was able to login into my system and make the necessary changes for account number. Signed up for monthly to begin with then after two months switched to annual now that I’m comfortable with the service. Good people to work with.
