Signed up for monthly alarm monitoring two months ago and extremely happy. I will be switching to an annual plan at the end of the month to save even more. Wanted to make sure the central station’s response time was good and the technical support by SafeHomeCentral was as good as what I had been paying almost three times more. Yeah these people are good and I can see why they have have been in business so many years. I was a referral from my neighbor who started with SHC last year. Highly recommend. Easy switch over from my local security dealer which charged 3x the cost for TC2. Did some online research and found these people to be the best price-wise plus very knowledgeable of the Lynx L7000 setup. Whole process toook under an hour which included testing all of my zones with their central station and AlarmNet. Very happy with the support.

Service works well over my Comcast VOIP line. Tested all of my zones and signals ended up at the monitoring center without fail. A few companies would not take me using my cable hookup but Safehomecentral said some cablle providers are good and sme bad. The only way to know for sure was to test though they have lots of Comcast Internet customers that the landline option worked well. More than happy to give a referral!

Good price and very easy process getting moved, assuming you have your cellular communicator’s MAC address handy. Tech was able to login into my system and make the necessary changes for account number. Signed up for monthly to begin with then after two months switched to annual now that I’m comfortable with the service. Good people to work with.

Great technical support getting my older alarm panel hooked up on cellular rather than my landline. Was easy and fast. Great savings especially with no contract. Went month to month but will probably switch to annual after a few months.

Got me online quickly. I have an older alarm panel with a POTS line but defintely thinking about cellular and saving on the expensive phone line. Way less expensive than my last company (ADT) and no three year agreement necessary which was a total surprise. Should have switched years ago!

Purchased a Honeywell Lyric wireless system and signed up for monthly Total Connect 2 with cellular and Internet so my wife and I could control everything from our phones. Fast response from dispatchers when we accidently trip our alarm (happens once a week it seems letting the dog out in the morning). Great pricing for TC2.
