Tim helped me reset my Honeywell Installer Code and walked me through changing the telephone numbers and accounts numbers for their central station. Didnt take long at all. Testing was a snap and all worked as expected. The call from the central station dispatcher was quick too after doing a live test. I was paying $20/month for the past 6 years but now paying less than half this for the same thing.

After researching alarm dealers online found these people to not only have the best pricing but were knowledgeable and patient. If I knew it would be this simple to save money I would have switched dealers 3 years ago when my contract ended. The fact that no contract is required here is a BIG plus!
