    We have no long-term monitoring commitments. Cancel anytime after your prepaid discount period (ie, monthly, semi-annual, annual) has expired. We offer prepaid monitoring subscription plans for pricing discount only.

    Your recurring auto-pay monitoring subscription renews based on your Term selection below - Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual. You may cancel anytime without penalty. We cannot refund any unused prepaid time however.

  • Alarm.com Package Features
  • These are the Alarm.com service features included in our Interactive-Gold package. We include more features than anyone else!


  • Alarm.com Service Add-ons
  • Monitor panel connectivity with signal supervision between the control panel and Alarm.com to know when a panel is not responding. Checks the signal once every hour.
  • See when specific door and window sensors open and close, and when motion sensors detect activity, even when the system is not armed. This is for sensor activity monitoring of doors, windows, motions not the total number of sensors!
  • Create a schedule to arm or disarm the system at preset times each day.
  • Includes Images - Alarms plan functionality (5 motion-activated images per alarm event), plus image capture for non-alarm events (such as disarm or Daily View images) and for the on-demand Peek-In feature. Plan includes 40 uploads/month. Alarm-triggered uploads count toward this limit, but are not subject to it.
  • Supports one doorbell camera with 400 clips/downloads per month as an alternative to the Pro Video plan.
  • Includes Video Analytics, which can detect people, vehicles, and animals and send you video alerts that matter.
  • Enables support for the Stream Video Recorder (SVR). Up to 8 cameras per SVR.
  • Ensure easy independent living with daily activity monitoring and real-time notifications. Receive alerts when no activity is detected or the bed is unoccupied. Track behaviors and see trends over time.
  • Receive automated phone notifications for alarm events. ONLY USED FOR SELF MONITORING PLANS!
  • Receive automated phone notifications for non-alarm sensor activity, including door openings, motion detection, etc.

  • IMPORTANT:  Be sure your Alarm.com cellular communicator's IMEI address is released by your previous dealer BEFORE signing up!  The button below will check if your IMEI is currently registered with another dealer (only one dealer at a time can register your IMEI address) and that you are using a 4G LTE communicator in the US.  Canadian subscribers can still use 3G for now with Alarm.com but 4G LTE will be required very soon.

    Unless your IMEI is released with Alarm.com we cannot get your service started.

    If not sure where to find your IMEI address use the button below to see how to find it from your keypad.  If a hardwired system the cellular communicator is generally mounted near the metal box with all the alarm wiring.  Just open up the white plastic communicator and look for a sticker inside with the 15 digit IMEI.

    I didnt realize there were so many options you could add with Alarm.com. For the money their Gold plan is great. I was paying $12 more per month for less features. I added video to my Gold plan and still way under what I used to pay without any cameras.
